- 25-35cm of stretch fabric ( stretch lace, stretch mesh, microfiber, stretch cotton )
- 15 cm cotton fabric for the gusset
- 2-2,5m of decorative elastic band or edging
- 0.6 m straps for regulators
- 4 rings, 4 adjusters
