To sew Panties with regulators you will need:
- 35 cm of basic material ( mesh, jersey, microfiber, lace )
- 15×15 cm cotton for the gusset
- 1,5 m of finishing elastic band for the cuts
- For each elastic band 20cm for size S, 21cm for size M, 23cm for size L, 24cm for size XL, 25cm for size 2XL + adjustment.

The pattern includes seam allowance.
